The Judgment Index™ Partnership

The Judgment Index™ is a world-renowned assessment tool based on science, mathematics, and logic. It provides businesses with genuine and quantifiable insights into the judgment and decision-making capabilities of both prospective and existing employees.

Born from the work of Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Robert S. Hartman, the Judgment Index™ allows employers to clearly identify the values that are important to existing and prospective employees.

We’ve partnered with The Judgment Index because of its demonstrated ability to measure a person’s value systems and work characteristics. These are the drivers of one’s daily attitudes, motivations, and behaviors and determine if someone is the right “FIT” within an organization.

The simple and easy 15-minute assessment allows for employers to obtain valuable information without causing an undue burden or frustration from a potential Superstar while providing key insight into how they may handle work situations and how they FIT culturally.
